Step 2 – our service system will issue the RMA number
Step 3 – easily download the RMA form. click the link
Step 4 – fill the basic information in the RMA form and upload
Step 5 – prepare package and forward to Cyber Motions.

RMA Shipping Instruction

    Please ensure the shipping document and information are complete and sufficient prevent from delay or reject by Customs.

    RMA number must be shown on the shipping label outside of the return package; including copies of the original invoice and RMA form.

    Package-please pack the return product in original packaging or equivalent one to ensure protection well and arrival in damage free. We suggest the return package cover with shipment insurance by Customer.

    Cyber Motions will not be responsible for any loss, damage, broken or in abnormal conditions of products returning from Customer.

    Return product should be correspondence to the original RMA claim. Otherwise, that will be classified as out-of warranty and applied related service charge.

    Within the warranty duration, Customer will pay for the shipping fee for forwarding RMA product to Cyber Motions. Cyber Motions will pay for the shipment freight fee when returning the repaired product to Customer. Customer will receive a credit of DOA (Defective On Arrival) forwarding shipping fee upon the result determined.
